Ingredients

Quantities scale with servings; cooking times may change for larger batches. Dry grains and raw meat weights are specified.

Make it

  1. Divide oats and chia seeds between four clean jars or lidded bowls.
  2. Whisk yogurt with milk and honey. Pour equally over the oats and stir thoroughly.
  3. Add washed berries, cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  4. Stir before eating. Add a splash of milk to loosen if needed. Eat within 2–3 days, respecting the earliest ingredient use-by date.

Prep note: Prep two jars at a time if you prefer breakfast freshly made. The 10-minute timing excludes chilling.

Allergens & nutrition
