Information you provide
If you join a launch list, we store your email, the list you chose, your consent record and the submission time. If you send an enquiry, we store your name, email, organisation if supplied, message and consent record. We use these details to provide the updates you requested or respond to the enquiry.
Your prep plan and cookies
Your recipe selections and serving counts are stored on our server under a random identifier. An essential secure cookie connects this browser to that plan; the server stores a hash of the identifier. Clearing the cookie removes your access to the plan. A separate preference cookie remembers your selected country. These cookies last up to one year.
Shopping-list checkmarks are temporary page state. With your permission, Google Analytics measures visits, pages and actions such as following a shopping link or submitting a form. We do not send your name, email, enquiry text or saved meal plan to Analytics. Analytics cookies are optional and expire after six months; use Cookie settings in the footer to change your choice. Advertising features are disabled. Hosting infrastructure may process ordinary technical request information to operate and secure the service. Abuse controls temporarily store a hashed network-address value and request counts, without retaining the raw address in the application database.
Service providers and external links
Site hosting and storage use OpenAI Sites and its Cloudflare infrastructure. Resend is the configured email-delivery service when enabled; enquiry notifications are addressed to info@expandosaurus.com. Google provides optional Analytics. Data may be processed outside your home country. External merchant websites apply their own privacy and cookie policies. Affiliate tracking may occur after you follow a merchant link.
Your choices
To unsubscribe before our mailing system launches, or request access, correction or deletion of your submitted details, email us. Published email editions will include an unsubscribe option. To request deletion of an anonymous prep plan, include the approximate time you created it and contact us from this browser; do not send personal health information.
We retain submissions only while needed for their stated purpose and remove them on a valid deletion request, subject to records we must keep. We do not sell submitted contact information. This site is intended for adults and does not ask for medical information.
Changes
We will update this policy when the site’s data practices change. The effective date appears above.
